We guarantee all products are genuine and in new condition.
Effective October 1st, 2007, the following policies, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing products sold by Choice Motoring (hereafter “CM”), Buyers agree to the following:
Payment
All purchases must be paid in full. For your protection and ours, CM will only ship to the billing address stated on the customer’s credit card. If you wish to ship to another address, you must add that address to your credit card by contacting your credit card provider.
Customers outside of North America must pay by bank wire. Fees and/or duties imposed by customer’s country are the customer’s responsibility and not CM’s.
Shipping
Most of the items sold by CM are sourced from Japan. Therefore it will take time for the shipment of the products. Stock availability, manufacturing of the product, and shipment are all factors that go into the time it takes to ship. Some products are listed as “Made When Ordered” and will take an extra 2-6 weeks to manufacture.
We cannot and will not guarantee the time it takes to ship an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders sourced from overseas (Japan), are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The only reason we will allow a refund/exchange is when there is a manufacture defect or incorrect item shipped.
Conditions of Use
All products sold by CM are intended for off-road and legal racing purposes (not for normal driving use). It is understood that usage must comply with state and federal laws. CM will not be held responsible for wrongful use and/or misuse of products.
